Photo galleries on this website are accessed using:
- a session link
- an access key
These credentials are intended only for the client and
individuals authorized by the client.
You agree not
to:
- attempt to bypass access controls
- scrape or bulk download images using automated tools
- share access publicly in a way that exposes the gallery to unintended users.
2. Copyright and Ownership
All photographs displayed on this website are copyright
© Ivy's Images.
Copyright protection exists
automatically when a photograph is created.
All
rights remain with Ivy's Images unless otherwise stated
in writing.
3. License to Use Images
Clients are granted a personal-use license to download
and use images from their gallery.
Personal use
includes:
- sharing on social media
- printing photos
- sending to friends and family
- personal display
You may not:
- sell the images
- license them commercially
- use them in advertising
- redistribute them for profit
- claim images as your own work
Commercial use requires written permission from Ivy's Images.
4. Editing and Alterations
Images should not be altered in ways that misrepresent
the photographer's work.
This includes excessive
editing, filters, or modifications that significantly
change the original image.
Cropping or resizing for
personal use is permitted.
5. Photographer Portfolio Use
By participating in a photography session with Ivy's Images, you grant Ivy's Images permission to use photographs from the session for purposes including:
- portfolio display
- wesite content
- social media posts
- marketing or promotional material
If you wish to request that a specific image not be used publicly, please contact us.
6. Gallery Availability
While galleries may remain online longer, Ivy's Images guarantees gallery access for at least
six (6) months after delivery.
After that period, galleries may be archived or
removed without notice.
Clients are responsible for
downloading and backing up their images.
7. Website Availability
We strive to keep the website available at all times,
but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The
website may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- server issues
- network outages
- security events
8. Limitation of Liability
Ivy's Images shall not be liable for:
- loss of access to galleries
- loss of downloaded files
- interruptions of website service
- unauthorized sharing of gallery links by clients.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
